GOVERNANCE AND INTEGRITY

Integrity is not a speech. It is the condition of everything we deliver.

Our Code of Ethics and Conduct is the master norm of GRICCO's Integrity System. It formalises the non-negotiable standards of conduct that guide every decision, every project and every relationship — in every entity of the group.

OUR PURPOSE

Simple excellence, talent with meaning.

We believe every company deserves to operate with excellence in a simple, uncomplicated way. And that every professional deserves an environment where they can apply their talent with freedom and meaning. We exist to make both possible, connecting people, processes and technology intelligently.

Success Without Shortcuts.

THE PRINCIPLES

Eleven principles that are not up for negotiation.

Our principles are perpetual. They are the ultimate reference for coherence across every decision, document and conduct in the GRICCO ecosystem.

  1. 01

    Technical independence and integrity

Our recommendations rest on facts, data and the most rigorous technical judgment. We make the right diagnosis, even when the truth takes courage to tell.

  2. 02

    Intelligent simplicity

We reject blind bureaucracy. We distil regulatory and operational complexity into clear, direct, actionable solutions.

  3. 03

Excellence as the standard and ownership of results

We take full authorship of our projects, from start to finish, ensuring the result generates real, measurable value.

  4. 04

    Technology as a human multiplier

Technology and AI do not replace talent. They are levers that expand our capacity to think, create and connect.

  5. 05

    Initiative and meritocracy

We step up to challenges. Leadership is an attitude, not a title. Rewards reflect the impact generated.

  6. 06

    Continuous evolution and innovation

We stay perpetual learners, questioning dogmas and seeking smarter ways to work.

  7. 07

    Transparency with responsibility

We communicate openly, honestly and directly, with no hidden agendas — always respecting the confidentiality of client information.

  8. 08

    Sustainability as strategy

We treat environmental and social impact as pillars of the business, not as accessory obligations.

  9. 09

    Genuine care for people

Behind every contract are human beings. We prioritise physical, mental and psychological well-being, with inclusion of all forms of diversity.

  10. 10

    Diligence

Nothing broken, nothing missing, nothing out of place. Care for assets, environment and presentation is the tangible expression of our professionalism.

  11. 11

    Systemic and multidisciplinary vision

We analyse the whole — people, processes, tools and environment — integrating areas to deliver solutions that work in practice.

THE VALUES

Seven values that flow from the principles.

Our values are the living expression of our principles, day after day.

Success Without Shortcuts

We do what is right, even when it costs money. We would rather lose a deal than compromise honour and reputation.

Courage That Embraces

Courage to innovate, without losing humanity. The honest mistake in the pursuit of innovation is collective learning, free of retaliation.

Non-Negotiable Loyalty

Being good at your work is not enough; you must be a good human being. We tolerate no toxicity or disrespect, at any level.

Technology With Soul

Technology is the tool; partnership is the goal. We deliver solutions that solve real problems.

An Environment That Inspires

We foster a healthy, collaborative, welcoming climate, suited to every personality type.

Connections That Elevate

We build bridges, not just contracts. We demand and offer win-win relationships.

Far Beyond the Agreement

We believe in real meritocracy. Professional growth follows the size of what we deliver.

PUBLIC COMMITMENTS

What we promise to those who work with us.

Principles mean nothing if they do not govern concrete relationships. These are our commitments.

To our clients

  • Professionalism and clear communication in every interaction.
  • Absolute confidentiality over your strategic information.
  • Transparency about capabilities, limits and realistic deadlines — we never promise what we cannot deliver.
  • Transparency about the use of artificial intelligence when material to the deliverable.

To suppliers and partners

  • Fair competition, based on merit, quality and innovation.
  • Zero tolerance for bribery, kickbacks and facilitation payments (Brazilian Law 12,846/2013, FCPA, UK Bribery Act 2010, OECD Convention).
  • Ethical due diligence before contracts of relevant risk.
  • Executive directive: if an action requires concealment to be accepted, it is already illegal.

To employees and the community

  • Just Culture: we investigate before we sanction and treat the honest mistake as learning, not as personal failure.
  • Human Factors: we design systems that make the right behaviour easy, rather than blaming the individual.
  • Psychological safety and appreciation of all forms of diversity — cognitive, cultural and of background.
  • Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination and forced, child or slavery-like labour.
DATA PROTECTION

Rigorous data handling, aligned with Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR principles.

The duty of confidentiality is absolute and enduring. We process personal data with a legitimate purpose, an express legal basis and the minimum necessary — whichever entity of the group you deal with.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

dpo@gricco.com.br
  • Legitimate purpose, legal basis and data minimisation in all processing of personal data.
  • Absolute confidentiality, which survives during and after the contract.
  • Reporting of incidents to the Data Protection Officer within 24 hours.
  • Data subject rights guaranteed, with protection against retaliation for those who report.
ETHICS CHANNEL

Have a concern? Talk to us.

The Ethics Channel receives questions, reports and complaints with mandatory confidentiality and a total ban on retaliation. When in doubt, asking is never weakness — it is commitment to our values.

  • We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
  • Mandatory confidentiality and a ban on retaliation.
  • Segregation of duties: whoever receives is not whoever investigates or decides.
  • Right to be heard and full defence for the person under review.
INTEGRITY IN PRACTICE

Compliance starts at home.

We operate under the same principles we deliver to our clients. Let's talk about your operation.
